August 20, 2009: Georgia Practice Report

ATHENS - Georgia continued preparations for the 2009 season opener with a 90-minute workout in full pads on Thursday.

³I thought the guys fought hard today,² Georgia head coach Mark Richt said. ³It was not an easy practice. It was grueling and physical, and there was a lot of running and conditioning. The guys kept fighting until the very end. They never gave up. I was really proud of them.²

The Bulldogs will return to the practice field on Friday and Saturday before participating in the annual Fans¹ Picture Day at Sanford Stadium. Recommended Stories
