Questions at quarterback this spring

ATHENS - For the first time since Mark Richt's debut season in Athens, Georgia will enter spring practice next year without a clear-cut starting quarterback.

The last time it happened, the Bulldogs didn't make a decision until after freshman David Greene and junior Cory Phillips shared snaps in a 45-17 win over Arkansas State in the first game of the season. Richt hopes it doesn't take that long this time, but it might. "I can't say we'll know at the end of spring," he said. "I hope we know by the end of two-a-days, but it might go down to the week...
