| 1998 (Southwest Baptist University) - Started all 11 games at fullback for Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri...gained 465 yards on 129 carries and scored three rushing TDs...also caught eight passes for 75 yards, an average of 9.4 yards per catch 1999 – Once again started all 11 games at fullback for the Bearcats...rushed for a team-best 450 yards on 118 attempts and three TDs...played a major role in both of Southwest's win during a 2-9 campaign...scored a TD in the Bearcats' 18-16 victory over Truman State and gained 114 yards on 25 carries in a 14-7 win over Missouri-Rolla. 2000 (Georgia) – transferred to the University of Georgia in the fall and joined the team as a walk-on...redshirted while sitting out NCAA-mandated transfer year 2001 – enjoyed an impressive spring, with added work coming following injuries to running backs Musa Smith, Albert Hollis III and Jasper Sanks...was a crowd favorite during annual G-Day intrasquad spring game...rushed two times for 15 yards, including a bruising 11-yard romp in the second quarter...also caught two passes for nine yards...played in every game as a fullback during 2001 season including two starts, but most of his carries came late in the season...rushed seven times for 23 yards at Ole Miss...lead blocker in the offensive backfield during Verron Haynes' late-season emergence as Georgia's No. 1 ball carrier....also started vs. Boston College in Music City Bowl finishing with three carries for 11 yards and one reception for five yards.....Major: Sports Studies. |
