2004 -- Solid spring and recorded two tackles in annual spring G-Day game....appeared in all 11 games...made three tackles and broke up one pass...took over punt-return duties beginning with the Vanderbilt game...returned 16 punts for an average of 15.1 yards/return, including a 74-yarder at Kentucky...his 15.1 yards per return average ranked first in the SEC and 12th nationally....named recipient of the Defensive Newcomer of the Year Award at the conclusion of the '04 season....part of team that posted 42-10 record from 2001-04 (sixth best in the country), three straight seasons of 10 or more wins, three straight bowl victories, and three consecutive national top six finishes
