2003 -- Solid spring....recorded two tackles in annual spring G-Day game.....recipient of Most Improved Defensive Lineman Award for performance during spring practice...listed as number three DE at conclusion of spring drills....limited playing time during '03 season due to injuries.......part of Georgia team that has won 31 games over the past three seasons, ranks among the top five teams nationally in winning percentage, and part of a Georgia defense that this year ranks 2nd nationally in Scoring Defense (13.5 ppg), 4th in Total Defense (275.92 ypg), 7th in Passing Defense (170.23 ypg),11th nationally in Turnover Margin (+.92), and 4th in number of scoreless quarters (23).
2004 -- Healthy status enabled him to make significant progress in the spring....appeared in four games, making four tackles...part of team that posted 42-10 record from 2001-04 (sixth best in the country), three straight seasons of 10 or more wins, three straight bowl victories, and three consecutive national top six finishes....recipient of David Jacobs Endowed Football Scholarship
