A physically gifted defensive end prospect that also plays some tight end in short yardage situations. Battle can bench 325 pounds, squats 420 and he posted a 32-inch vertical jump.
Battle: “I think I can read plays very well. I think I am a smart player and know quite a bit about the game. I usually can read the keys on offense and know what play they are going to run before they actually run it.”
