		By Dave McMahon Dawg Post Date: Oct 11, 2006 Fernando Velasco has started every game for the Bulldogs this season. He has seen the ups and downs of what this offense can do. Georgia is currently 47th in the nation in scoring offense and 91st in total offense. Winning is the ultimate goal for him, but the offense most get better for that to happen.
