ATHENS - Dontavius Jackson and Tavarres King were suspended indefinitely from all team activities by Mark Richt Sunday.

In addition, Jackson, a backup tailback, will serve a minimum six-game suspension while King, a reshirt sophomore receiver, has been handed a minimum one-game suspension.

"I'm disappointed in their decision-making and lack of judgment and they will both pay a stiff price," Richt said. "All our players need to understand that it¹s a privilege to be a Bulldog and their conduct needs to reflect the standards we expect."

Information is still being gathered which could lead to additional penalties according to Richt.
