BIRMINGHAM – Here’s a look at the day Mississippi State Head Dan Mullen and the Bulldogs had at the SEC’s annual Media Day event.

Last season: 4-8
Series Record: Georgia leads 16-5-0

Last Time: Matthew Stafford made his first post-Joe Tereshinski start in Athens, and the Dawgs just barely escaped thanks to Charles Johnson’s play at the end of the game.

Georgia DE Q. Moses get a sack against State in 2006.

Most memorable Georgia win: 1997 – Georgia pounds State 47-0 and in the process announces that the red and black is back as a force in the SEC.

Most painful Georgia loss: 1974 – Georgia loses 38-14 to State in Jackson – the biggest loss to State in school history.

2009’s Big question: Can Mullen make it work in the graveyard that is Starkeville?

Legge’s must-win game: September 19th at Auburn
