ATHENS – Georgia head coach Dennis Felton will lose his moustache later this week, but he gained two players Wednesday.

Travis Leslie, a small forward from Columbia High School, and Ebuka Anyaorah, a shooting guard from North Gwinnett High School, signed letters of intent to join the Bulldogs next season.

As for the moustache, Felton will have that shaved off Friday at 12 p.m. on the Tate Student Center lawn. During a question-and-answer session with fans in the student section prior to this year’s Georgia Tech game, Felton promised to shave the moustache when his team won an SEC title. That happened rather remarkably in March, when the Bulldogs won four games in four days to win the conference tournament.

The shaving will be done by Vernell Wilson, Felton’s regular barber.

The important business of the week took place Wednesday when Felton finished off his signing class for the upcoming season.

Leslie, 6-foot-5, 195 pounds, was one of the top unsigned players remaining in the spring signing period. He is rated a four-star prospect and the 22nd-best small forward in the nation by Scout.com. He picked the Bulldogs over Clemson after averaging 21 points and eight rebounds at Columbia.

Anyaorah, 6-foot-4, 170 pounds, had committed to Colorado but ended up signing with the Bulldogs. He averaged 26 points per game as a senior.

Georgia signed three players – power forward Trey Thompkins of Norcross, small forward Drazen Zlovaric of Weston, Fla., and point guard Dustin Ware of Kennesaw -- in the early signing period.
