ATHENS - ESPN radio host Colin Cowherd, whose show is heard by two million listeners each day, will originate his Friday, Nov. 9, show live from the Tate Student Center on the UGA campus.

The show will air nationally on ESPN radio affiliate stations, including 960 the Ref in Athens, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Cowherd joined ESPN radio in April, 2003, to replace Tony Kornheiser in the 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET time slot. Sports Illustrated named him the 2005 Media Personality of the Year.
