Dawgs near settling on corner spots

ATHENS - Georgia got a little closer to naming its starting cornerbacks today.

Veterans Bryan Evans and Thomas Flowers started at cornerback Thursday afternoon, Evans said, and he believes that probably will be the lineup against Oklahoma State.

“Right now, I’m starting to get the feeling of that, but anything could happen,” he said.

That would leave sophomores Asher Allen and Prince Miller on the second team.
