CHARLOTTE - Georgia is once again in the mix for player pondering an early commitment.

Makiri Pugh, considered one of the top football players in North Carolina, will pick the school that he is going to tommorow at a press conference.

Clemson, Georgia Tech or Georgia will be the school he picks, he said earlier this week.

"I am down to those three,” he said.

Should Pugh commit to the Bulldogs it would be another win on the recruiting trail for Georgia of late. In the last few weeks the Bulldogs have gotten positive word on Caleb King's test score, had Tavarres King pick them over the Tigers and Florida and got a commitment from GAC linebacker Christian Robinson.

A Pugh commitment would mean Georgia would have 11 players committed with three of them projecting to play in the secondary for Willie Martinez. Also, a Pugh committment would keep a pipeline for the Bulldogs to the most talented high school in North Carolina - Independence. Starting wide receiver Mohamed Massaqoui and backup quarterback Joe Cox are on the Bulldogs' roster right now, and Mario Raley just graduated this past year.

Scout.com will have all the details from the Pugh press conference. The press conference starts at 4 PM...
