A.J. Bryant
Dawg Post
Posted Oct 3, 2006

A.J. Bryant already has the same amount of catches this season as the total amount of his first 2 seasons combined. The problem is... is that his 8 catches this season is tied for the most by a Georgia player after 5 games. The other problem for the whole team is the amount of drops and the junior from Fort Valley talks about the issues at wide receiver for the Bulldogs.

Dave McMahon -- A lot of talk surrounding the Georgia team this year is the amount of dropped passes... how much emphasis this week has been to eliminate the drops?

A.J. Bryant -- Everyone has been hearing it. We can't worry about it. We just have to keep working hard everyday and improve.

DM -- How much have you been working with the tennis ball machine?

AJB -- Coach Eason has it out and we work at it before and after practice.

DM -- How bad does your group need a big play?

AJB -- We need a couple of them. We'll get them and then we will roll.

DM -- What about Tennessee they have a strong defense...

AJB -- Everybody has to bring their 'A' game. Georgia vs Tennessee... this is football!!!

DM -- It is big for the SEC, too.

AJB -- It is very big.

DM -- What about it being at night?

AJB -- That makes it extra special. It is going to be crazy. Our fans are so loud during night games. Everyone loves night games.

DM -- Thank you for your time and answers.
