Dean Legge: Back to football now, what did you think of the start of spring practice?
Mohamed Massaquoi: It gives you a chance to learn a lot because we are getting back to football and starting over.
What where your impressions of the quarterbacks?
Each of them looked pretty good. I think its going to be a pretty good battle this spring. Each of them is capable of playing.
Do you have to adjust to each of them because of the way the ball comes off their hands? They all four seem to have different deliveries…
Not really because once you get your eye on the ball it’s just like catching. It’s really not that big of an adjustment. Each of them throws differently under different circumstances…
You would think because of your past that you would be partial to Joe Cox in this competition… how do you handle that?
I choose not to speak on that. I wish them all the best of luck and that the best man may win.
Does it seem like any of them has done better than the other?
I’m not going to get into the quarterback issue.
Now you are one of the leaders of the wide receivers – one of the ones with the most experience – how does that affect you this spring?
Being that I have played I am going to go out and try to correct my mistakes and help the other guys along. At the same time I am still learning and improving each day.
It appears that Matthew Stafford has a really strong arm; can you describe the ball that he throws?
He probably has the strongest arm of the bunch – he throws with a lot of velocity.
Is it a difficult ball to catch?
