ATLANTA – The Bulldogs are back together again.

After a five-day holiday break, Georgia has gathered in Atlanta to begin its preparation for the 72nd annual Nokia Sugar Bowl. Every member of the team arrived at the team hotel Tuesday afternoon as planned, according to a release by the school.

The No. 8 Bulldogs (10-2) will hold their first bowl site practice today at 9:25 a.m. at St. Pius X High School in Atlanta. Georgia will play No. 11 West Virginia (10-1) at 8:30 p.m. Monday in game televised by ABC.

“We have our schedule set up so the mornings are about business and after lunch is time to enjoy the bowl,” Coach Mark Richt said.

The Bulldogs are making their second appearance in four years in the bowl, which is being played in Atlanta rather than its usual home in New Orleans due to damage done by Hurricane Katrina.
