The session was conducted in temperatures in the low-50s with a steady 10-15 mph wind.
"It was a crisp day and a crisp practice," head coach Mark Richt said. "We had a good tempo and got a good day of work in to get ready for Saturday."
Earlier in the afternoon, Richt took part in the Bulldogs' regular weekly press conference and talked about Saturday's matchup.
"Florida has a very dangerous offensive football," Richt said. "Their skill people are very fast. Chris Leak has never thrown an interception against Georgia, and he¹s been getting our attention the last few years. Their defense is fifth in the nation in total defense and 11th in scoring defense, and those are great defensive stats this deep into the season. Their turnover ratio is No. 2 in the nation, and Coach (Urban) Meyer and his staff do a great job of getting turnovers and not giving them up. We¹ve got our hands full, no doubt about it.²
Saturday's contest between the Bulldogs and Gators will be televised nationally by CBS, with kick-off slated for 3:30 p.m. ET.
