ATHENS - The career of one Georgia Bulldog has ended early.

Marcus Jackson, a junior from Norcross, has ended his college career at Georgia. A blood clot in his brain is the cause of his early departure.

Jackson did not play in 2004 but will remain on scholarship at Georgia and have other responsibilties with the program.

Trey Chandler's (shoulder) career also ended after the 2004 season.
