The Iron Dawgs Working Mat Drills

The Iron Dawgs are working hard to get back to Atlanta and beyond next fall with a grueling offseason workout schedule that includes weights, running, sandpits, mat drills, and more. Get a look at one of the Mat Drill stations as the big men go through the paces with this inside look at your Iron Dawgs.

Mat Drills are typically done inside on wrestling mats, but in the summer, the players are brought outside to get used to the summer time heat. The drills are a series of circuits that each of the players must go through.
