Damon Evans isn’t the only new kid on the block. Georgia has made a move to get younger leaders at all of the most visible positions. Here is what Mark Richt had to say about his new boss:

Just a few years ago Mark Richt was hired to become the head football coach. He was 40 years old when he took the job at Georgia. Here is what he had to say about Damon Evans:

“I think that Damon will do great. I think that he is the best man for the job and I am happy for him and I am happy for Georgia. He is going to do a super job. There is always a learning curve whenever you move into a new job. I know as a coordinator I got used to doing that and when I switched to being a head coach it took a while. He might have to fake it for a while, I know that I did. Sometimes I still do. But I think that he is going to do a great job.” – Mark Richt
