Unknown UGA student accused by UF parent

ATHENS – The father of a Florida basketball player accused a Georgia student of punching his son Tuesday night after the Bulldogs' win. Mike Walsh, the father of Matt Walsh, said that his son was punched by an unknown Georgia student following the game.

"He was kind of big and wearing a red shirt," said Mr. Walsh of the unknown suspect. "I want to know who that bitch was that hit my son."

Walsh was visibly angry at University of Georgia Police after the game. "At Florida fans don't get on the floor after games. They don't do that sort of thing in Gainesville. The police don't allow students on the floor. But (the University of Georgia Police) didn't give a (expletive)," said Mr. Walsh.

Georgia students rushed the court for the second game in a row Tuesday night. Florida representatives confirmed that Matt Walsh had been hit after the game but did not know who the suspect was and did not indicate if they would press charges.

"All that I want to do is find that bitch that punched my son. If I find him he will never punch someone again," said Mr. Walsh.
