The Eatonton Messenger is reporting that Georgia kicker Marshall Morgan has been arrested for boating under the influence.

The report says that Morgan was arrested on Saturday night at 7:39.

A University spokesman told the paper that coach Mark Richt “is aware of the situation.”

Typically DUI arrests have resulted in two-game suspensions for Georgia players in the past. A recent change in boating laws mandate that “It is illegal for those under the age of 21 years to operate a boat or PWC if their blood alcohol level is 0.02 or more.”
