Report: Morgan Arrested for BUI

The Eatonton Messenger is reporting that Georgia kicker Marshall Morgan has been arrested for boating under the influence.

The report says that Morgan was arrested on Saturday night at 7:39.

A University spokesman told the paper that coach Mark Richt "is aware of the situation."

Typically DUI arrests have resulted in two-game suspensions for Georgia players in the past. A recent change in boating laws mandate that "It is illegal for those under the age of 21 years to operate a boat or PWC if their blood alcohol level is 0.02 or more."
