Michigan continues to peek in and around every crevice looking to add a third linebacker to the 2013 class and after a few casts the Wolverines have set their sights on a marlin, hoping to reel in the No. 1 middle linebacker in the class of 2013 in five-star Alabama native Reuben Foster.
Foster, a physical freak and one of the standouts throughout the week of Under Armour practice, appears to be biting on what the Wolverines have to offer thanks in part to his friend and 2013 Michigan commitment Henry Poggi.
"My boy was talking about Michigan and the coaches want me," Foster told GoBlueWolverine. "I was like 'Michigan? They want me?' --- so it put the thought in my head and it sounds like a good fit.
"But it's a late process and I'm worried cause that's more confusion on my part. And I'm worried about having another school on top and just facing the fact that it’s confusing and I don't know where to go."
Foster says he hasn't had any recent contact with the Michigan coaches but that will all change in the hours to come.
"I'm going to talk to them today or tomorrow," said Foster. "Early in the morning --- whenever he wants to go talk to them (alluding to Poggi)."
Stay tuned to GoBlueWolverine for part two during which Poggi discusses rumors suggesting he'll visit Alabama and the duo talks further about the possibility of being teammates in Ann Arbor.
