"I met with coach (Mark) Richt and coach (Todd) Grantham inside the stadium and committed to them in the stands," Kimbrough said. "I actually committed to coach Grantham and coach Richt was right there. They were both excited when I committed."
While Kimbrough was tight-lipped heading into his visit this weekend, he actually has known for some time he would become a Bulldog.
"I came down to Georgia this weekend with a plan to commit," he said. "I knew when I first visited Georgia earlier this year that that's the school i wanted to go to. I loved everything about that first visit. They have a great atmosphere, offer a great education and have a great football program."
Kimbrough offered a show of his love for Georgia by saying he didn't have a runner-up school. When asked who finished second for his services, he said, "I don't have one. Georgia was clearly my No. 1 school for me. They're a great team, the best fit for me and they play in the SEC."
