“They made a good impression,” Glass said of Georgia. "Coach Richt also offered me."
The St. Pius cornerback spent much of his time in Athens watching practice and hanging out with 2013 Georgia DB commit Shaq Wiggins.
“Coach Lakatos was talking to me every chance he got. They showed me a lot of attention. We ate lunch together with Coach Grantham. Shaq Wiggins was there with us, too,” he said.
Wiggins and Glass talked for some time – including about the future the two could have together on the same team.
“Shaq was talking about Georgia a lot – saying that we would be good teammates. He thought that we could be lockdown corners in the SEC.”
Glass said that he’s already visited Georgia Tech, Florida and Clemson, and that he will likely return to Athens in the future. He’s got some time to go before his recruiting really heats up, but he’s considered one of the top players in the 2014 class in Georgia.
“It was a fun day. It was a first day of full pads. They looked great out there,” Glass said of the Bulldogs’ practice. “I actually wanted to get out there and practice with them.”
