Bulldog Scouting Report – March 8

The Event: Mississippi State (21-10, 8-8 SEC) takes on Georgia (14-16, 5-11) in a battle of Bulldog teams at the SEC Tournament. This is the last game of the first round with a scheduled 9:00ct tipoff at the New Orleans Arena. The SEC Network carries all Thursday and Friday games, with ABC taking over for the semis and finals.

*Mississippi State is seeded sixth while Georgia is 11th. The winner advances to a 9:00 Friday game against #3 seed Vanderbilt in the bottom half of the bracket, and that survivor has a short Saturday turnaround with a 2:30 gametime. *The MSU Dogs must approach the first-round date as if playing for their post-season life.
