Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. and the game will air nationally on ESPN.
The Bulldogs fell 74-59 to Alabama in their SEC opener Jan. 7. The loss ended a five-game win streak and dropped Georgia to 9-6.
Florida enters 12-4, having been upset by Tennessee in its last outing.
Georgia has struggled away from home under coach Mark Fox and hasn't won in Gainesville since 2002. The Bulldogs are 4-12 in the last 16 meetings against the Gators when playing in the Sunshine State.
While Georgia struggled against the Crimson Tide, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was a bright spot. The freshman guard scored 22 points and is now averaging 14.6 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.
“Kentavious is a good player, and he’s been thrust into a large role as a freshman,” Fox said.
Georgia finishes its road swing Saturday at Vanderbilt before hosting a trio games starting Jan. 18 against Tennessee.
